  • I aim to get your orders to you as safely and quickly as possible. Please note the following regarding delivery:

    • Processing Times: Please allow up to 5 business days for standard items. For personalised or bespoke pieces, please refer to the individual product listing for estimated creation times.

    • International Orders (Outside the UK): Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local taxes, import duties, and carrier processing fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

    • Delivery Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.

  • I really hope you’re happy with your order, but if something isn’t quite right, please get in touch — I’ll always do my best to make it right.

    Standard (Non-Personalised) Items
    You are welcome to return these within 14 days of receiving your order.

    • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

    • Return postage is not covered; you will need to arrange and pay for the return shipping. I recommend using a tracked service.

    Personalised & Bespoke Items
    As these are made especially for you, I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a fault with your order.

    Framed Personalised Prints
    If there is an issue with your frame and you would like a replacement:

    • Full Replacement: Please return the framed print (with the print still inside) and I will send you a new one.

    • Frame Only: If you’d prefer to return the frame only, you can send back just the frame and keep your personalised print and I will issue a refund for the frame.

    International Returns & Taxes
    Please note that I cannot refund any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees paid at the time of delivery. These are non-refundable by me as they are paid directly to your local customs authority.

    All prices are listed in GBP. Payments are processed securely at checkout using trusted payment providers. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received in full.

    Processing times vary depending on the product — please check individual listings for estimated timeframes. I will always do my best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible and will contact you if there are any unexpected delays.

    Returns & Exchanges
    I accept returns for non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery. Personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty. For full details, please refer to my Returns Policy.

    Product Information
    I aim to ensure all product images and descriptions are accurate, but please note that colours may appear slightly different on screen compared to the physical print. As each piece is individually made, small variations are part of what makes your order unique.

    Cancellations
    If you would like to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible at yvettepauliendesigns@gmail.com. Once work has begun on a personalised item, I may be unable to cancel or refund it.

    Copyright & Intellectual Property
    All designs, illustrations, and artwork are created by me and remain my property. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without my express written permission.

    Your privacy is really important to me. Any personal information you provide, such as your name, address, and email, is used only to process your order, communicate with you about your purchase, and deliver your items. Below is the full detail on how I handle and protect your data.

    1. The Information I Collect
    To fulfil your order, you provide me with certain information (which you authorised Squarespace and your payment provider to share with me), including:

    Your name, email address, and phone number.

    Your billing and shipping addresses.

    Details of the product you have ordered.

    Any personal details you provide for bespoke or personalised designs.

    2. Why I Need Your Information
    I rely on a number of legal bases to collect and use your information, including:

    To provide my services: Such as using your info to fulfil your order or provide customer support.

    Legal Obligation: Retaining information about your purchases if required by UK tax law.

    Consent: Where you have provided explicit consent to receive marketing or be included in custom advertising audiences.

    3. Marketing & Custom Audiences (Meta/Social Media)
    If you have opted-in to receive marketing communications, I may use your email address to create Custom Audiences on social media platforms, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram).

    This involves uploading a "hashed" (encrypted) version of your email address to Meta to show you relevant advertisements based on your interests.

    Meta acts as a data processor for this purpose.

    You can opt-out of this at any time by contacting me or by adjusting your ad settings directly within your social media accounts.

    4. Information Sharing
    I value your privacy and never sell your information. I only share your personal data with trusted third parties for limited reasons:

    Service Providers: I use Squarespace (hosting), Stripe/PayPal (payment processing), and Royal Mail or other couriers (delivery).

    Advertising Partners: As mentioned above, I may share hashed data with Meta for personalised advertising if you have consented.

    Compliance with Laws: I may share info if required to respond to legal processes or government requests.

    5. Data Retention
    I keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services. I am also required to retain certain records (such as invoices) for 6 years to comply with UK tax obligations.
